How To Use The Tool
It’s easy…Follow these five simple steps to complete the Productivity Assessment Tool:
- Complete a User Profile. This will allow you to customize your user site and access the Productivity Assessment Tool.
- Select either the short or long version of the tool…Depending on how much time you have. Remember: You don’t need to finish the tool in one sitting. You can save your results and come back to the assessment at a later date.
- Select which element you want to start with… Leadership/Management, Innovation, or Operations
- Complete the assessment!
Your Results…and How to Get the Most From Them
Your confidential results are produced in a numerical and graphical format. This information can be used as a strategic measure for your organization, highlighting how your business is performing. The Tool can be used to benchmark your organization internally - comparisons of work teams, employee survey instrument and management development - and externally against industry averages.
Now that you have your results, what’s next? Productivity Alberta provides you with a tailored selection of tools and services currently available in our Productivity Inventory. The Inventory will help you improve productivity and competitiveness in the specific areas in which you have the greatest opportunity.
