Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Program – Edmonton

GO Productivity’s Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training and certification is for companies and individuals who are interested in understanding the concepts and practical applications of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – Calgary

The Green Belt course consists of two, one-week classroom sessions over a period of three months. Students will be expected to bring an in-company lean project that they will receive coaching on, and will need to complete two additional projects to achieve full certification. At the end of the certification process, students will have gained a working knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and be able to implement its methods in their workplace.

Lean Construction 101 Workshop

GO Productivity’s Lean Construction 101 Workshop will inspire you to take a more strategic and productive approach to achieving your construction site and project goals. This hands-on workshop delivers an introduction to Lean Construction, introduces you to the terms and vocabulary, and builds your awareness of the principles and practices of Lean Construction, including its relation to Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

GO Golf: Leadership on the Links
